1. Returns Eligibility

 

Due to the nature of swimwear and for hygiene reasons, all swimwear sales are final.We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

•Incorrect size selection

•Wear and tear

•Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

 

We strongly encourage customers to review size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

 

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

 

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.To be eligible for review, you must provide:

•Your order number

•Clear photos or video evidence of the fault or damage

•A brief description of the issueOnce reviewed, we may offer:

•A replacement (subject to availability)or

•A refund at our discretionItems reported outside the stated timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.

 

3. Incorrect Items

 

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Once confirmed, we will arrange the appropriate resolution.

 

4. Sale & Promotional Items

 

All items purchased during sales, promotions, or limited drops are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless faulty.

 

5. Shipping CostsOriginal shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs where applicable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

7. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

 

Items marked as pre-order, made-to-order, or part of a limited release are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or refund once an order has been placed.
