All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.During peak periods, limited drops, or Carnival season, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery

 

TimesShipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or external factors beyond our control.

 

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local authorities.These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. OZÉ The Collective is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

 

5. Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email where available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

 

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.OZÉ The Collective is not responsible for:

•Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details

•Failed delivery attempts

•Packages returned to sender due to incomplete or incorrect informationAny additional shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and supporting evidence where applicable.We will work with the courier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.

 

8. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

 

Items marked as pre-order or made-to-order will have specific production and dispatch timelines listed on the product page. These timelines override standard processing times.
